Refund Policy

At Kapey, we ensure every product is manufactured with precision and quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order

Note:
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or regular wear and tear.


2. Return Window

Returns or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.


3. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories, screws, and components intact


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale

  • Products damaged due to improper use


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


6. Replacement Policy

If eligible, replacements will be shipped after the return is approved.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Shipping for Returns

  • In case of damaged/incorrect products, Kapey will arrange pickup or bear return shipping cost.

  • For other return requests, the customer may need to arrange shipping.
